At a time when mental health in the legal profession is in the spotlight, 50% of respondents in a Canadian survey of in-house counsel say they have experienced an increase in anxiety and stress over the last year.

Demand for in-house legal services continues to surge, with the top four areas being data privacy, risk and compliance, contract management, and dispute resolution and litigation, according to the third annual Canadian In-House Counsel Report from the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and Mondaq.
