White & Case has announced the addition of a new partner to its mergers and acquisitions team with the arrival of Alan Bao in Beijing, joining the firm from O’Melveny, where he was a partner.
Bao, who has worked at O’Melveny for 13 years and was made partner in 2021, has a track record advising corporations, buyer consortiums and financial institutions on M&A and capital markets deals. He has broad sector experience, including in finance, private equity, technology, pharmaceuticals and healthcare and energy.
