CMS has expanded its corporate practice in Poland by hiring a private-client focused team of five lawyers from Deloitte Legal in Warsaw.
Leading the team, partner Ryszard Manteuffel has already made the move with counsel Robert Semczuk, while three associates will join them in the coming months. The practice counts more than 30 lawyers in Poland, where the firm also advises on tax, real estate, energy, ESG and competition law, CMS said.
