Gilbert + Tobin has acquired a legal practice and two partners in Perth, the latest move by the top-tier Australian firm as it seeks to boost its energy, infrastructure and mining capabilities in Western Australia.
The firm has acquired Wright Legal, a four person firm founded in 2001, and two of its four directors, Trish Chapman and Dom McGreal, will join G+T as partners. The other Wright Legal staff have been offered work at G+T.
