Norton Rose Fulbright has hired regulatory investigations and dispute resolution partner Kimberley MacKay in Melbourne, its second Australian partner hire this week.
MacKay, who joins from Australian firm Holding Redlich, has acted for both regulators and companies and directors in regulatory investigations and prosecutions in corporation, financial services and competition matters.
