KPMG Law has acquired the 10-person law firm Sweibel Novek Rabbat in Montreal, where the Big Four law firm focuses on family businesses and entrepreneurs.
The acquisition is “an important milestone for our growth strategy,” Benoit Lacoste Bienvenue, KMPG’s Quebec regional managing partner, said in a statement.
