Finance partner Nikki Smythe is leaving Herbert Smith Freehills after 14 years to join Clifford Chance in Sydney, becoming the second partner to leave HSF for the U.K.-headquartered firm in recent months.
Smythe specializes in special situations lending, distressed debt investing, restructuring and structured finance. She acts for credit funds, private equity funds, alternative investment funds, hedge funds, investment banks and other financial institutions in Australia and Asia on a broad range of financing transactions.
