Cravath, Swaine, and Moore has retroactively disclosed in filings with the Justice Department that it met with federal officials eight years ago on behalf of Ukrainian businessman Mykola Zlochevsky and his natural gas company Burisma.

Cravath detailed in the Thursday filings under the Foreign Agents Registration Act that its partner John Buretta lobbied for Burisma and its owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, in 2016 and 2017, a time during which President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden served on the board of directors for Burisma.
