Latham & Watkins and Clifford Chance have advised parties on the initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) of Investcorp Capital, the Bahrain-based alternative asset manager.
Clifford Chance advised Investcorp, while Latham counseled the underwriters to the IPO.
