Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Danish logistics company DSV on a $10 billion exclusive joint venture to support the development of projects, including 170 kilometer-long The Line and floating port city Oxagon, being built at Neom, in north-western Saudi Arabia.
The partnership will focus on providing logistics services for Neom in the coming years. Neom and DSV will allocate a portion of the joint venture’s revenues to the development of new technologies and intend to commercialise sustainable logistics solutions.
