A group of lawyers and MPs has warned the Prime Minister, as well as the leader of the opposition, that they may be liable for aiding “war crimes” in Gaza.

The International Centre of Justice for Palestinians (ICJP), co-chaired by a senior Tory MP, has issued a notice to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and the leader of the opposition, Sir Keir Starmer, outlining its intention to prosecute for their role in aiding and abetting “war crimes”, the organisation said in a letter.
