Australia’s Piper Alderman and U.S. firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner are advising berry company Driscoll’s Inc on the $965 million takeover of Australian fruit and vegetable grower Costa Group Holdings.

Driscolls was part of a consortium led by U.S. private equity firm Paine Schwartz Partners to acquire Costa in a deal that ascribes an enterprise value of approximately $1.6 billion and an equity value of approximately$965 million to the company.
