TLT’s managing partner John Wood has been at the firm since the start of the millennium. He joined as a partner, specialising in corporate law, later headed the team and in 2020, took on the national firm’s mantle.
During this time he has seen the firm, which is headquartered in Bristol, expand across the U.K. to seven locations and increase its topline by £150 million. Here he talks about his 2025 strategy, including what has and hasn’t hit the mark, why he’s focused on the U.K. market, and working with household names in snooker.
