Baker McKenzie and Australian firm Clayton Utz have each added a commercial real estate partner to their ranks.

Emily Peverill, previously an executive counsel at Herbert Smith Freehills, joins Baker McKenzie’s Melbourne office. She advises on commercial property matters including acquisition and disposal of commercial, industrial and retail properties, negotiation of commercial contracts, complex leasing, and property development projects.
