Latham & Watkins is advising New York-based sports private equity firm Dynasty Equity in its minority stake investment in Premier League football club Liverpool F.C.
Dynasty Equity is a private equity firm “focused on acquiring minority interests in sports franchises”, according to the company itself. Its investment is worth around £150 million, according to reports.
