Haynes and Boone Grabs Mexico City Finance Partner From Baker McKenzie

Haynes and Boone has hired a finance partner in Mexico City from Baker McKenzie as the Texas-founded firm pursues an aggressive growth plan south of the Rio Grande.

Diego Sánchez has led numerous high-profile mergers, acquisitions transactions, private equity and other matters that represent an aggregate deal value of more than $25 billion, the firm said.
