Charles Russell Speechlys has appointed a new partner to its Hong Kong office. Stephen Chan has joined the U.K. private client firm from Ince & Co Hong Kong, where he was a partner.
Chan acts on complex and high-value commercial litigation and arbitration. Admitted to practice in Hong Kong and as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand, he joined Ince in 2022 before the Hong Kong outfit officially announced a breaking away from its estranged legacy headquarters Ince in the U.K.
