U.K.-headquartered law firm CMS has signed a cooperation agreement with Brazil’s Focaccia, Amaral e Lamonica Advogados (FAS Advogados), extending its reach and capabilities in Latin America.
The exclusive agreement will warrant each firm to only use the other if they are working in the other firm’s region, CMS said.
