Baker McKenzie in Dubai has hired a partner to head up its banking and finance practice from Clyde & Co.
Adil Hussain, who joined the firm’s UAE offices on September 11, will also act as global head of Islamic finance. He has practiced in the Middle East for over 18 years, advising some of the industry’s best known lenders and sponsors in significant banking and finance transactions, the firm said in a statement.
