Mayer Brown has added a new partner to its Hong Kong office. Allison Lee, who has practiced at Debevoise & Plimpton for 15 years and was most recently an international counsel at the firm, has joined Mayer Brown as partner.
Admitted in Hong Kong and in New York, Lee advises public and private companies and private equity firms on their cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, strategic investments, distribution arrangements and secondary sale transactions across Asia.
