Singapore’s Big Four law firm Drew & Napier is preparing an international arbitration claim against the Swiss government on behalf of a group of mostly high-net-worth individuals and accredited investors of Credit Suisse Additional Tier 1 (AT1) bonds in Hong Kong and Greater China, the firm told Law.com International.

In May, Drew & Napier became the first law firm to represent Asia-based investors, collecting filing claims in the Swiss courts against the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The firm was then acting for 60 investors across Asia, with firm directors Mahesh Rai and Benedict Teo leading the charge.
