Reynolds Porter Chamberlain has hired a new partner for its Hong Kong office. Joining RPC is dispute resolution partner Ivan Chang, who was previously a partner in the now-defunct Hong Kong office of Addleshaw Goddard.

Chang advises local financial institutions on contentious regulatory investigations and litigates for family offices and high-net-worth individuals. He also advises retail and commercial banks and other financial services companies on data privacy and cross-border data protection, transfers and restriction issues, as well as on competition law-related matters.
