Japanese law firm TNY Group is set to open an office in India, about five months after the country made a move to liberalize its domestic legal market.
TNY Group was established in 2021 and is run by co-managing partners Yuji Tsutsumi, who previously was with Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and TMI Associates, and Takahisa Nagata. It focuses on multiple practice areas including corporate, M&A, intellectual property and dispute resolution.
