Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa (NRFSA) has announced the appointment of corporate and commercial litigation lawyer and disputes practice group leader Brent Botha as the firm’s new CEO, effective 1 October.

He is taking the reins from Andrew Robinson, who has been performing the role of CEO since May last year after the firm’s former chief executive, Marelise van der Westhuizen, retired due to a lengthy period of ill health after contracting Covid-19.
