Big Six Korean law firm Shin & Kim has strengthened its projects and energy practice with the hire of project finance lawyer Claire Mi-Jin Kim as a senior foreign attorney (partner-equivalent for foreign lawyers) in Seoul from Korea’s largest law firm Kim & Chang, where she was most recently a senior foreign attorney.
The hire of Claire Kim and foreign project finance attorney Mooni Kim from Kim & Chang in July has followed the addition of two other project finance lawyers from Kim & Chang earlier this year, Shin & Kim told Law.com International. All four lawyers specialize in advising on cross-border energy and infrastructure projects.
