Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan is acting on behalf of workplace messaging service Slack and its owner Salesforce before the European Commission in a complaint against Microsoft, which has turned to Latham & Watkins.

According to the complaint, initially filed on behalf of Slack by Quinn Emanuel in July 2020, the San Francisco-based company alleges that Microsoft abused its market dominance by bundling two of its products, making it impossible for millions of customers to use its popular “office productivity suite” without also installing its Microsoft Teams software.
