Latham & Watkins and Ropes & Gray, together with Kirkland & Ellis, Linklaters and Mourant Ozannes, have advised on Hong Kong-based investment firm BPEA EQT and London-based international school operator Nord Anglia Education’s $1.25 billion joint acquisition of Florida-based sports education institution IMG Academy from U.S. media entertainment company Endeavor Group Holdings Inc.
