DWF Considers Delisting With Talks Over Private Equity Sale

DWF, the largest listed law firm in the U.K., is in talks with a private equity firm over a potential sale.

The firm announced on the London Stock Exchange that it is in discussions with Inflexion Private Equity Partners—which has £8 billion in assets under management, according to its website.
