The Attorney General has appointed a former police officer as the next director of the Serious Fraud Office (SFO).
Nick Ephgrave, who until last year was assistant commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service, will succeed Lisa Osofsky in September when her five-year tenure comes to an end. Ephgrave will also serve an initial five-year term.
