Pérez-Llorca is bringing on its first Portugal-based partner while doubling its office space in London and New York; two markers of the Spanish firm’s international expansion.
Gonçalo Capela Godinho will join Pérez-Llorca in Madrid next month from the Brazilian full-service law firm Lefosse Advogados. At Pérez-Llorca, he will have two main tasks: to support the firm’s international development by focusing on Portuguese-speaking markets, and to continue advising on M&A transactions, Capela Godinho told Law.com International.
