Norton Rose Fulbright has hired an Allen & Overy veteran to its corporate, M&A and securities practice in Paris. 

Jean-Claude Rivalland was a founding partner of Allen & Overy’s Paris office, according to Norton Rose’s statement, having joined the firm in 1999. During his near quarter-century career there, he served as the office’s managing partner from 2010 to 2018. He began his career at French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he was promoted to partner in 1996.
