Mattos Filho, one of Latin America’s largest law firms, has chosen a longtime M&A partner to lead the firm as managing partner starting in April 2024.
Pedro Whitaker de Souza Dias, who has served on the Brazilian firm’s executive committee since 2016, will overlap with current managing partner Roberto Quiroga until his term ends in March 2024.
