Morgan Lewis & Bockius has hired a new partner for it Singapore office. George Cyriac joins the U.S. firm from Stephenson Harwood, where he was the head of the firm’s Indonesia practice and led its private equity practice in Asia.
Cyriac, who takes with him one associate from Stephenson Harwood, advises on mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals. He represents corporations, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, state-owned enterprises and banks on their investments, disposals, and complex restructurings in Southeast Asia.
