Holland & Knight has absorbed a full-service law firm in Colombia, adding another 28 lawyers to its roster in yet another bold growth move in Latin America.
The acquisition of business law firm Cuberos Cortés Gutiérrez brings seven partners, two senior counsel and 19 associates, for a total lawyer head count of 70 attorneys in Bogotá—and comes on the heels of a major expansion in Mexico.
