Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has lost its arbitration practice in Germany after a partner and two associates left to form their own firm specialising in international dispute resolution.
The new boutique firm, Aurelius Cotta, has been co-founded by Sabine Konrad, who was a partner at Morgan Lewis for almost four years and, before that, a partner at McDermott Will & Emery for seven years.
