A group of partners from Clyde & Co in the U.S. has left to start their own national insurance boutique, Werner Ahari Mangel LLP, with an office in Washington, D.C., that will counsel clients in a variety of claims monitoring and coverage matters.

The boutique launched this week with nine founding partners who join from Clyde & Co, including name partners Meredith Werner, Leslie Ahari and Douglas Mangel. The six additional founding partners are Joseph Bailey, Cary Economou, Alan Joaquin, Nena Mashaw, Gabriela Richeimer and Stacey Rufe.
