Australian law firm HWL Ebsworth has been the victim of a cyber attack, with hackers claiming it has stolen employee and client data, according to reports.

ALPHV, also known as BlackCat, said it has 4 terabytes of data from HWL Ebsworth’s servers spanning internal company files and personal employee data, including CVs, IDs, financial reports, accounting data, loans data, and insurance agreements, the Australian Financial Review said.
