Ashurst Hires Two Corporate Partners for its Sydney Office

Ashurst has hired two corporate transaction partners to join its Sydney office, one from Bracewell’s London office and the other from an Australian firm.

Jo En Low, a private equity/M&A lawyer who advises financial investors and major international corporates in the renewable energy sector, joins from Bracewell.
