Linklaters, Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, Hengeler Mueller and Davis Polk are steering U.S. air conditioning company Carrier Global’s €12 billion acquisition of Germany’s Viessmann Climate Solutions.

Carrier is to acquire German manufacturer Viessman Group’s largest unit, Viessmann Climate Solutions—maker of heating boilers and pumps, according to the firms involved.
