Greenberg Traurig’s Italian operation, Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria, has brought in a four-lawyer, partner-led team in Milan from Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s local affiliate, Delfino & Associati.
Leading the move is Italian partner Bruno Cova, who joins as co-chair of Greenberg’s European restructuring & insolvency and compliance groups, working alongside current co-chairs John Houghton and Claudia Hard, London and Berlin-based shareholders.
