Rajah & Tann litigators Danny Ong and Wern-Jhien Yam have broken away from the Big Four Singapore firm to launch their own boutique practice, Setia Law, with a team of five lawyers.
Setia Law, which launched on April 3, is a dispute resolution specialist firm that focuses on fraud and financial crimes, as well as on debt restructuring and insolvency. Its lawyers will act on complex financial disputes, commercial fraud, international enforcement and corporate distress situations.
