Ecuadoran Boutique Falconi Puig Abogados Absorbs Firm in Guayaquil

Ecuadoran corporate law firm Falconi Puig Abogados has absorbed a law firm in Guayaquil, the second-largest city in Ecuador, adding five lawyers to its roster and bolstering its litigation and arbitration offering.

The absorbed firm, De La Pared Plaza, was led by Johnny de la Pared Plaza, a lawyer specializing in litigation and arbitration. He will now lead the Guayaquil office.
