Dentons has hired its new head of litigation and dispute resolution practice in Spain from Simmons & Simmons.
Santiago Hurtado, who led Simmons & Simmons’ dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency practice in Madrid, will join Dentons as head of its litigation and dispute resolution practice on March 1. He assumes the leadership from Jose Maria Garcia Santos, who will continue to focus on his practice, a person at the firm said.
