British engineering company Meggitt has had a shake up of its in-house legal department following its $6.3 billion acquisition by U.S. giant Parker-Hannifin last year.
High profile general counsel Andrew Garard, who joined the then FTSE 100 aerospace and defence company back in 2019, has left the company and is now heading up the legal function of FTSE 250 water utilities company, Pennon Group.
