After confirming the addition of a 14-partner group from Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders last week, leaders at Goodwin Procter said they have a 12-month plan to move their nascent Philadelphia life sciences, private equity and white collar practices from a temporary sublease to a permanent office location.

The Boston-founded Am Law 50 firm’s plan to become long-term tenants in the city by 2024 comes after a year of quietly operating out of a temporary space in the Cira Center and recruiting from locally rooted competitors like Morgan Lewis & Bockius and Duane Morris.
