Seyfarth Shaw has hired away Lewis Silkin’s Hong Kong managing partner, Kathryn Weaver, who will manage its employment practice following the relocation of its former partner, Julia Gorham.
Weaver advises on international employment law matters including complicated terminations, separation agreements, discrimination issues, grievances and disciplinaries, performance issues, redundancies and restructuring, restrictive covenant disputes and litigation, and data privacy.
