McDermott Will & Emery has hired a six-person, partner-led private equity financing team in Paris, adding a key capability to the firm’s PE offering in the French capital.
Guillaume Panuel, who leads the team joins from Dentons, where he was a partner. He previously practiced at Salans, one of the original founders of Dentons in 2013, and at legacy firm SJ Berwin.
