The former head of U.K. motoring association the AA has sued listed law firm Rosenblatt in London’s High Court, accusing the firm of “negligently” advising him on a previous claim.
According to court documents, Robert Mackenzie is seeking an order that Rosenblatt repay him £360,000 in fees, after Mackenzie’s own legal challenge against the AA failed.
