Hogan Lovells’ U.K. M&A co-head has left the firm to join U.S.-headquartered rival Vinson & Elkins.
Ben Higson is leaving Hogan Lovells after 15 years at the firm, during which time he has held several positions within the London office.
His move will go some way to rebuilding Vinson & Elkins’ London outpost, which has suffered several losses in recent months.
