Spanish and Portuguese law firms Cuatrecasas and Serra Lopes Cortes Martins & Associados (SLCM) have announced an integration that will go into effect at the start of 2023.
SLCM’s partners, associates and staff will operate under the Cuatrecasas brand and structure, adding around 40 people to the Spanish law firm’s business in Portugal to reach a total of 250 professionals in the country, including more than 190 lawyers.
